Mr. M. Raajhendhran has been a director of the company since the date of incorporation and is responsible for its day-to-day management. He had a long and successful career in the media and entertainment industry. With a modest beginning in the family business of a video publishing house, he started his career at an early age by joining his father in the family business. The family set up Raj Video Vision in 1983 which started as a video cassette lending library and selling consumer electronics items and audio tapes. With keen business vision, he formed the Company in 1994 and has been a major force behind the success of all channels. He provides strategic direction to the Company and oversees overall operations and financial affairs. He is one of the founder promoters who transformed the organization from a small business into a leading South Indian entertainment and broadcasting network with fourteen channels.
Mr. M. Rajaratnam has been a Whole Time Director of the company since the date of incorporation. He has a long career in retailing content and rights management. Over two decades, he has built and nurtured an extensive network of domestic and overseas clients through the sale of pre-recorded video cassettes and other electronic and digital media such as Compact Disks, Video CDs, and DVDs. He is actively involved in content acquisition for the Company’s channels and distribution of channels across territories and internet-based content distribution platforms.
Mr. M. Ravindran has been a Whole Time Director of the company since the date of incorporation. He is responsible for in-house production and overall channel operations. Equipped with strong technical expertise in the entertainment field, he manages the technical aspects of the Company’s operations. He is responsible for launching new channels and day-to-day programming activities. He also oversees administrative and establishment affairs of the Company.
Mr. M. Ragunathan has been a Whole Time Director since the date of incorporation and heads the marketing operations of the Company. With a strong client network and strategic business vision, he has developed relationships with major corporate houses and advertising clients across India and overseas. He has played a key role in sustaining the broadcasting business and significantly contributed to the growth of advertisement revenues.
Mrs. Raveendran Vijayalakshmi is a graduate in English Literature and a visionary member of the promoter group. She has more than two decades of experience in business management and administration and holds directorship positions in various companies. She also serves as the Presiding Officer of the Women’s Grievance Redressal Committee/Internal Complaints Committee constituted under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013.
A Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Mr. Venkateswaran possesses over three decades of industry experience. Former Company Secretary and Deputy General Manager of Lakshmi Vilas Bank, he has expertise in Corporate Banking, Finance, Corporate Governance, Company Law, and Securities Law. He has managed multiple rights issues, bonus issues, and debenture issues during his banking career.
Mrs. Sridhar Bharathi has over two decades of experience in the media and entertainment industry. A graduate in English Literature, she practices astrology and numerology and is a renowned astrology counsellor. She has appeared on various mass media platforms over the last 20 years and possesses deep understanding of television industry trends.
Mr. Subramanian Sivakumar possesses vast knowledge and over forty years of experience in management, capital markets, and finance. He has extensive expertise in Finance & Management Consulting, Merchant Banking, capital raising, and advisory services. He is passionate about startups, agri-tech, and sustainable business development.
Former Chairman & Managing Director of NSIC Ltd. and NSIC Venture Capital Fund Ltd., Mr. Pechimuthu Udayakumar has over 35 years of distinguished experience across MSME, Petroleum, Fertilizer, and Financial sectors. An alumnus of IIM Bangalore and College of Engineering, Guindy, Chennai, he has received several prestigious awards including the Rashtriya Icon Award and Leadership Award. He continues to advise global organizations on MSME restructuring, financial strategy, and policy development.
Mr. Krishna Singh Balaji Singh, MBBS, MS (General Surgery), FRCS (Glasgow), FIAGES, is the Dean and Professor of Surgery at Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Research Institute. With over three decades of experience in medical education and clinical leadership, he has contributed extensively to surgical academia, healthcare administration, and advanced laparoscopic surgery. He has received several prestigious awards including the Medical Excellence Award conferred by the Hon’ble Governor of Tamil Nadu.
