Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued a circular to streamline the existing dispute resolution mechanism in the Indian securities market under the aegis of Stock Exchanges and Depositories by establishing a common Online Dispute Resolution Portal (“ODR Portal”) which harnesses the Online Conciliation and Online Arbitration for the Resolution of Disputes arising in the Indian Securities Market.
